This recipe requires a bread maker.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 1\/2 cup of water (3 cups for double batch)<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup cooking oil (1\/2 cup for double batch)<\/li>\n<li>4 1\/2 cups bread flour (9 cups for double batch)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup sugar (1 cup for double batch &#8211; season for taste)<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tea spoon salt (1\/2 tea spoon for double batch)<\/li>\n<li>1 rapid rise yeast (50% faster &#8211; 2 for double batch)<\/li>\n<li>bunch of pepperoni slices (optional)<\/li>\n<li>Mozzarella cheese\u00a0slices (optional)<\/li>\n<li>Parmesan\u00a0sprinkle (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Actions:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Using bread machine, add ingredients into the bread machine, starting with the water, oil, flour, sugar &amp; salt. \u00a0Lightly tap the pan until the ingredients have settled, then add the yeast.<\/li>\n<li>Select the &#8220;Dough&#8221; program on the bread machine, start the program.<\/li>\n<li>When the dough has doubled in size (or the program has finished), remove the dough from the bread pan.<\/li>\n<li>Divide the dough into 12 parts (24 for a double batch).\u00a0Shape the dough into the Pambangka, adding the pepperoni slices and mozzarella cheese (quantity to taste).<\/li>\n<li>Pour Parmesan into a bowl.\u00a0 Roll each piece in the Parmesan and place the dough pieces onto a greased cookie sheet.\u00a0 Let them sit for 20 &#8211; 30 minutes for bread to take shape.<\/li>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350 degrees (while bread is taking shape).<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Enjoy!!!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My eldest makes this really, really great tasting bread, it is called Pambangka (I have no idea of what it means, although I think it is related to Pan De Sal style of\u00a0Filipino\u00a0bread).
