This makes a great dinner dish or a dip. She calls it Mexican Chicken and I believe it came from a Facebook page. I keep losing it, so decided to archive here. Anyway&#8230;here is the recipe:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Frozen Chicken Breasts (4 &#8211; 6)<\/li>\n<li>Frozen corn &#8211; large package<\/li>\n<li>Salse Verde &#8211; 1 bottle\/can<\/li>\n<li>Taco seasoning &#8211; 1 package<\/li>\n<li>Black beans &#8211; 2 or 3 cans<\/li>\n<li>Cream Cheese &#8211; 1 brick<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Actions:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Place all ingredients except <strong>the cream cheese<\/strong> in the crockpot.<\/li>\n<li>Cooktime: Cook on <em>High for 4 hours<\/em>, or<br \/>\ncook on <em>low for 7 hours<\/em> (tastes better).<br \/>\n&#8212; Mix occasionally &#8212;<\/li>\n<li>Place cream cheese into mix; cook an additional 1\/2 hour.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A co-worker of mine gave me this simple, yet great crock pot recipe.
