On September 17, 1787, the delegates to the Constitutional Convention met for the last time to sign the document they had created. The Library of Congress<\/a> has an outstanding set of references.\u00a0 Our Constitution is 225 year old!\u00a0 Happy Birthday to you…Happy Birthday to you…..(you can sing the rest).<\/p>\n
