I am an ardent independent. I have had it up to here with both political parties, neither one of them really give a crap about the average American, so I say why not? Let’s give Ron Paul a chance, we sure as heck can’t do no worse, after all, Ron is a supporter of….(my Rep & Dem friends should leave the room now).. the Constitution. You know, that silly little document that laid the foundations of this country, was it perfect, nope – but it works and I personally am a real big fan of it.
I think the worst thing a person can do as a voter is vote for the person they “think” is going to win. Vote with your heart; then, win or lose you can look at yourself in the mirror, knowing that you didn’t prostitute your vote. The graphic is from this website. What say you? I agree, I like the idea of limiting the amount of time spent running for office.

I like your graphic. I would agree to vote your heart and let the chips fall where they may. Unfortunately money has the purchasing power to “buy the office” which should not be allowed. My vote is for Ron Paul.
I think it would be a good idea to limit the time for running for a gov’t office to three months prior to the election.
